The Most Interesting Cars
of the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show

As far as auto shows go, this year's Los Angeles Auto Show was pretty low-key. There weren't any stunning concept cars or technology moonshots instead, automakers displayed concept and production cars that more often than not were grounded in reality, and aimed at the everyman (or woman) buyer. That doesn't mean there wasn't anything of interest, though. With that in mind and in no particular order, here are our picks for the 9 most interesting cars of the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show.

'16 CAR OF THE YEAR: WINNER REVEALED! And It's One Bitchin' Ride

Before we started, had you asked any of us nine judges if our eventual winner had a snowball's chance in Hyundai's desert proving grounds of winning our 2016 Car of the Year honors, almost all of us would have said no. Most of us would have been surprised to even see it a finalist. Except for Angus MacKenzie, who told me: "On paper it looked strong against a number of the criteria. If it drove well, it was in with a real shot."
